How to Redeem Promo Codes on the Phyn
Promo codes can be a great way to access premium features or discounts within apps. If you're a user of the Phyn app on Android or iOS, redeeming promo codes is simple. Follow this step-by-step guide to enjoy the benefits your promo codes provide.
For Android Users
Step 1: Open the Phyn App
Locate the Phyn app icon on your Android device and tap on it to open the app. Connect to your Jellyfin server and login if needed.
Step 2: Access the Navigation drawer
Once logged in, look for the hamburger icon (usually three lines) at the top left of the screen and tap it to reveal the app’s navigation drawer. The navigation drawer contains the Home menu as well as your library menu. On smaller devices, it is hidden by default but it is visible on larger devices.
Step 3: Go to 'Premium'
In the drawer, look for the Premium menu, it should be the last menu item in the list. This menu will not be visible if you already have a premium subscription.
Step 4: Select a subscription
Select the relevant subscription and click continue. This will take you to the payment page. Once there, select redeem code and enter the code on the next page.
Step 5: Redeem the Code
After entering the code, tap the 'Redeem' button. If the code is valid, you will see a confirmation message, and the associated benefits will be applied to your account.

Locate and tap on the App Store icon on your iOS device to open it.
Step 2: Navigate to 'Apps'
Once the App Store is open, tap on the 'Apps' icon located at the bottom center of the screen.
Step 3: Scroll and Redeem
Scroll down within the 'Apps' section until you find the 'Redeem' option. Tap on it.
Step 4: Manual Code Entry
Tap on 'You can also redeem your code manually' to proceed to the code redemption screen.
Step 5: Follow the Prompts
Enter your promo code as prompted and follow any additional instructions provided to redeem your code.
